Grand Haven
Eric Kincaid Peters, 59, of Grand Haven, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2022. He was born July 29, 1962 in Hart, the son of Beryl Sr. and Nancy (Knowles) Peters.
Eric was a jokester that always loved making people laugh. He enjoyed people watching, being at the Grand Haven Channel and listening to music. He also enjoyed spending time with his bird and cat.
Eric is survived by his siblings, Tana Jonassen of Hart, Steve (Phyllis) Peters of Hart, Beryl Peters II of Hart, Jeanne Morgan of Hart and Heidi Delap of Hart; sister-in-law, Fay Peters of Corunna; and several nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
Eric was preceded in death by his parents; girlfriend, Maryann Moore of Grand Haven; and brother, Daryl Peters of Corunna.
In accordance with Eric's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will not be any services at this time.
Beacon Cremation & Funeral Service, King-Hart Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.

This is Rooks mother.....whenever I went to Rook n Beckys place.. ..Eric would come over and we talked about..everything...!!! One time. I was at Walmart...and I heard wayyyyyy across the store...someway was calling and waving.. HI MOM...guess WHO.. .ERIC. !!!will never forget...he was a fine..young man. Gone to soon. RIp SWEET BOY..

Eric was a delightful person. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. He was a neighbor, growing up in the Brooks School neighborhood, where everyone there felt like part of the same family. I always enjoyed talking to him during the time he worked at Cherry Hill. One snowy winter, when he brought my groceries out to the car, he brushed the snow off of my headlights and taillights--for safety's sake. Ever since then, I always make sure the car lights are clear of snow, and I always think of Eric every time I do that. Love to all the family, and cherish all those good memories of growing up together.

Have many fond memories of Eric from school. He was funny but in a light hearted way. I enjoyed having classes with him and was always in awe of how his humor brought smiles to others.
