I had the joy of knowing Jeremy as a patient here at Moore's Cancer Center. Always a pleasurable young man. Great sense of humor and never down about his situation. He made the us smile and laugh. I personally will miss him, till I am called home. Love you Jeremy, you had a great, beautiful soul.

Jeremy McFadden touched so many lives while he was here with us. The lives he touched fulfilled God's plan. The purpose of his life was to be a beautiful bight light in a dangerous and dark world. Now he received the promise of life everlasting. He is with Jesus now.
I am eternally grateful for knowing him. KED

My Dear grand nephew was an absolute angel while here on earth and is now an angel in heaven. We all loved him so much because he was such a kind and lovable person. He loved God so much and depended on him for strength. We must do that for Jeremy. He would want us to. God please take care of our sweet Jeremy. Aunt Mern
