Rest in peace, Stuart. You were a cut up at Loyola - good for a smile or a laugh.

Such good memories from childhood and more recently in Colorado with our whole family. Uncle Stuart was such a big hit with our two sons. We will all miss you terribly.

I loved Stuart Couch. He always made me laugh and made me have a better day when I spoke to him. I had not gotten to see him in person in 20 years, but kept in touch regularly. I sure will miss him.

I remember Stuart being concerned for the feelings of others. Yes, he was an outstanding athlete but he never felt it made him superior. He treated everyone with kindness and grace.

So many early childhood memories with Stuart. I can see him now sitting Indian style at field day after just winning his race...with rosy cheeks with his every present sparkle in his eyes. He always greeted me with a giant smile. Heaven gained a great one! Sweetest family ever. Catherine Anne you will be in our thoughts and prayers. Lots of love.. Andrea (Cummings) Vardell

We are so sorry to hear about the loss of Stuart. Our thoughts and prayers are with you, Catherine Anne, during this difficult time. We found this 8th grade picture of him in his football jersey. We hope it brings joy to your heart.
