My dear friend, I think of you daily and my heart breaks at your loss. I cherish our "girls" yearly trips, so many happy moments spent doing what we loved, antiquing, laughing, spending countless hours bonding as friends. Someday we will see each other again, Love Barb Varenas

Jan you will be missed by anyone who you ever touched. You were my friend and my mentor and I feel extremely blessed to have you in my life. I never gave you as much as you gave to me, but I learned from you to never give up, to give to others as you never stopped giving of yourself and to laugh as it was always better than crying. I don't know who I will send my AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAhhhhhhhhhh! to now ;). You are loved and will be remembered always.

Jan was a new friend to me, but in the few months that I knew her she had become a special friend to me. I always enjoyed the time I spent with her. She will definitely be missed.

I'll never forget the summer swim parties and barbeques at your house. You opened your home to many of us with a smile and made a few of us friends from those events. We'll miss your positive attitude and happy outlook.
