Hello, my name is Lance Veit and I was one of Howard's students when I was a senior at O-A High School. Howard was also a friend of my dad, Paul Veit. I saw Howard this past summer and he gave me a hearty and sincere "God bless you" when I left after our brief visit. A good man. Sad to see you go, coach.
