Dennis Frank Obituary
SPRINGFIELD - Dennis Eugene Frank, 48, of Springfield passed away on Saturday, June 20, 2009, at Jefferson Memorial Hospital in Festus, MO.
He was born October 21, 1960, in New Berlin, Illinois, to the late Ralph and Josephine Murphy Frank. On November 10, 1984, he married Charlene Besjak at St. Mary's Church in New Berlin. They are the parents of three sons, Andrew, Eric and Kevin Frank, all of Springfield. Dennis graduated from New Berlin High School and Baily Technical School in St. Louis, MO. He was an auto mechanic for nearly 30 years in New Berlin and Springfield. He was employed at Dick Taylor automotive in Springfield, IL. Dennis' passion was racing. He was a member of the K of C Hall in New Berlin and the Eagle's Club in Springfield, IL.
He is survived by his wife, Charlene; three sons, Andrew, Eric and Kevin Frank; one sister, Denise Frank of Springfield; two brothers, Mike (Karen) Frank of Springfield and Charlie (Charlotte) Frank of Lanark, IL; several nieces, nephews, cousins; and 2 uncles.
The family will receive family and friends from 4-7 p.m. Wednesday, June 24, 2009, at Staab Funeral Home, with a prayer service at 4 p.m. A funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 25, 2009, at Blessed Sacrament Church, with Reverend David Hoefler. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Blessed Sacrament School.

Dennis may have liked his beer but he was the hardest, dedicated, loyal worker and one of nicest people I've had a chance to meet. He was a truely a good man. You will certainly be missed Dennis!!!
