Eugene "Butch" Wade Hinton 1939 - 2017
Eugene "Butch" Wade Hinton, 77, of Hardin, Kentucky, and formerly of Pana, Illinois, passed away at 3 p.m. Sunday, January 15, 2017, at his residence in Hardin, Kentucky.
Eugene was born on December 4, 1939, in Pana, Illinois, Eugene James Hinton and Winifred (Southwell) Hinton.
Mr. Hinton served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Conflict.
He is survived by one brother George W. Hinton of Springfield;
two nieces Monique N. Pettett of Fredericksburg, VA and Jeannene N. Hall and her husband Kristian Hall, both of Stafford, VA;
and one great niece Emma W. Hall.
He was preceded in death by one sister Cynthia Pettett and his parents.
Military and Committal services will be held at 12 noon, Monday January 23, 2017, at Camp Butler National Cemetery, Springfield.
