ROCHESTER, IL - Samuel Michael Herbster "Sammy Pants", 6 months, of Rochester, died on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at his home.
Sammy was born October 15, 2012, the son of Richard and Allison Carver Herbster.
Sammy was a very happy baby and loved to laugh and play with his brothers, family, and friends.
He is survived by his parents, Rick and Allison Herbster of Rochester; two brothers, Lucas and Gabriel Herbster; grandparents, Monica Daniels of Riverton, Dave and Sandy Herbster of Riverton, and Charlie Carver of Dawson; two aunts, Lindsey Sharp and Olivia Patton; and four uncles, Adam Carver, Charlie J. Carver, Ben Carver, and Tanner Davis.
Visitation: Family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 18, 2013 at Kirlin-Egan & Butler Funeral Home, 900 S. 6th St., Springfield.
Funeral Ceremony: 1:00 p.m. on Friday, April 19, 2013 at Kirlin-Egan & Butler Funeral Home, with Pastor Charlie Carver officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.
Memorial contributions may be made to: Samuel Michael Herbster Memorial Fund, c/o Marine Bank, 1401 N. Dirksen Parkway, Springfield, IL 62702.
