I would like to say I married her daughter Nancy Lynn. and I’m thankful she raised a daughter strong enough , smart enough And bold enough to go through life with a guy who needed someone with those qualifications........ to thrive instead of survive . I will miss our conversations .... probably more than she would ... lol. You had to have lived in certain times in America ....to have had certain experiences .... that shaped the greatest generation , of which she belonged . And she certainly did have those experiences . She was quiet cool... and understated elegance , wrapped up into a woman that validated the expression ... “ beside every good man... is a GREAT , woman “‘. Anyone who can say they were with child... for 54 months of their lives , and everyone turned out as high caliber humans ,,,, should be celebrated.... and that she did . . When I left my driveway in Florida .... to go home .... ma Barnick’s driveway..... was my destination ... and she allowed me the luxury to be at home .... and call it home while I was there .I’ll miss sticking my cigarette in mistys mouth on the day I left., . I will miss spending nights smoking cigarettes in her garage...,reading books while sitting on the Riding lawn mower . I will miss the way she said hello in the morning ... with blackster in tow . But most of all ...... I’ll miss the family she and ken provided for and presided .... over . They were the best matriarch and patriarch anyone could ask for . Dinner was only on Ken, because he loved to be with his family, show them a good time...And validate .... we’re all ok . They both earned everything they had ,,,, including my highest respect . We are perishable products , life is short ..... they didn’t miss a drop ...........we shouldn’t either ....... I miss both Ken and Sharlene Barnick , but im glad they manufactured Nancy while they were here . I’d be in big trouble without her . Love you ma and pa Barnick , travel well , charly
