Gary Gaggens Obituary
Gary Lee Gaggens was born to Ora and Joann Gaggens in April 1954. He was a longtime resident of Anacortes and a recent resident of Mount Vernon. He passed away suddenly of heart complications on March 14, 2022, at the age of 67.
Gary was preceded in death by his father, Ora.
Gary leaves behind the love of his life and wife of 20 years, Denise; his son Derek Ralph and wife Brianna; grandchildren Cedric, Alex, and Eli; mother, Joanne Gaggens; sister, Cheryl Renstrom and her husband Kirk; nephew, Adam Franz; niece, Tiffany Franz; and grandniece, Kaida Stull.
In lieu of flowers, Gary would have liked for you to perform a random act of kindness in remembrance of him.
Gary's memorial service will be held on March 26, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Bethany Covenant Church in Mount Vernon, Washington.

Gary was a great role model , He helped countless people working along side His wife . This saddens me greatly . Its bitter sweet. He will be missed here by many! However the sweetness is He is surely in for a wonderful home coming with His Lord and savior until we meet again , my heart goes out to you Denise, please know our prayers are with you during this difficult journey God Bless you and keep you ant the family and friends.

My condolences to the Gaggens family. I was sad to hear of Gary's passing. I met Gary in June of 1972 at the Texaco refinery during their summer employment job. He was a great guy and had a good sense of humor. He will be greatly missed. RIP my friend.
