Sending my sincerest sympathy to Nels family. Friends for 60. Years plus. Many fond memories. I always enjoyed the Old Time Fiddlers at the Burlington Senior Center. Nels had a great sense of humor. RIP, dear friend.

Nels was a gem of a gentleman. We use to enjoy seeing him at Post 91 for the breakfasts the Post was providing. He also was at Post 91 Bingo routinely until the pandemic shut things down. One year he played guitar at the Auxiliary's annual Head Start Christmas party. It was a lot of fun and he gave of his time so generously. We already miss him a lot, and send our deepest condolences to his family. May his soul rest in peace. Lynn and Frank Handy
