Gary N. Lundin

1941 - 2024

Gary N. Lundin, 83, of Ridgway, died at his home on Sunday, June 23, 2024, after a lengthy illness.

He was born on April 26, 1941, in Ridgway, a son of the late Arnold and Maxine Newell Lundin.

On September 30, 1961, he married Karen E. Stover who survives.

Gary was a 1959 graduate of Kersey High School, and went on to serve in the National Guard. He retired from Clarion Sintered Metals after many years of service. Gary was an avid outdoorsman, and could often be found hunting or fishing. He also enjoyed playing football and spending time at his camp. Gary cherished the time that he spent with his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchild.

In addition to his wife of nearly 63 years, Gary is survived by 3 daughters; Kary Schneider and her fiancé Paul Williamson of St. Marys, Diana Streich and her husband Michael of Ridgway, and Tracey Hale and her husband Keith of Delaware. He is also survived by his 6 beloved grandchildren; Dodie (Eric) Black, Joshua Mercer and his girlfriend Danielle Cappiello, Jordan Lundin, Emmanuel Hale, Alicia (Jesus) Hale Carranza, and Garret (Elizabeth) Hale and one great grandson, Cash Mercer.

A Funeral Service for Gary N. Lundin will be held on Thursday, June 27, 2024, at 11:00 AM, at The Bible Training Center, 657 Evergreen Drive, Ridgway PA 15853, with Rev. Ron Burkett officiating.

Burial will take place in the Oakmont Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at The Bible Training Center on Thursday, June 27, 2024, from 10:00 AM until the time of the service.
