I met Craig at Mary Daily grade school in Elkhart and were friends until I moved to South Bend while we were attending West Side Jr. High. We had a lot of fun together as kids, and I look back with many fond memories of him. Bill Howes

The world may never know what kind of man they had just lost. I grew up with Allen and Aaron and consider them my extended brothers. I remember going over to the house after Craig had just finished mowing the lawn. Like us teenage kids knew any better, we walked from the street and thru the grass to get inside the house. As we were inside the house for roughly 2 minutes we here a soft voice say can you guys come outside for a second. It was Craig who was waiting to give us a lesson in the garage. He says "Do you 3 have trouble seeing?", we then stated no sir. He says than why in the hell would you walk thru the fresh cut grass I just mowed to get into the house? Since that day we never walked thru the grass after he cut the lawn. We all knew there was 4 things you didn't mess with for Craig and that was his lawn, his garden, his IU Hoosier Basketball and His Beloved Green Bay Packers. We Love You Craig, God Speed and May You Rest In Peace Big Guy.
