Thoughts and prayers to the family. He was my bus driver over 30 years ago and I often thought of him over the years. I remembered how he laughed with us and always had a smile.

The world will be a lesser place without Frank in it. I had some great times hunting and Fishing (in Canada) with him. He was one of the kindest, sweetest and Honest men I have ever had the pleasure to know. Ned, we will keep you and your family in our prayers. R.I.P. Frank

I loved riding the bus with Mr Schimizzi. He was a great man. My mom always said his bus was so loud you could hear it way before you could see. Oh the memories of riding the bus. My condolences to his family.

Everyone needs to know what an awesome, caring, amazing man Frank was. Frank was our bus driver through middle school and high school. All my brothers and sisters and me were blessed by him. Joyce, Julie, Bill, Bob and I all still talk of Frank fondly on a regular basis. I've seen Frank around Granger a few times in the last few years and he even claimed his watch was the one I gave him for Christmas back in high school 25 years ago!!! He was probably being nice but he remembered that ALL these years later. Frank took great care of all of us kids riding his bus! He made riding to and from school better because he was a great guy. I haven't see him a lot since high school but enough to know that continued to make the world was a better place with him in it! Thanks Frank!

My sincere condolences to the Schimizzi family on their loss. Mr. Schimizzi was my bus driver during my younger years as a student at Harris and Mary Frank Elementary Schools. He was a wonderful man who always had a smile and kind word for the students who rode his bus. Even after all these years he still remembered me when I was fortunate enough to run into him while shopping somewhere in Granger. May he rest in peace.
