My sincere condolences go out to the Badowski family. Jim was my Earth Science teacher at LaSalle High School in South Bend. He was one of the coolest teachers ever! I remember the days when he would play a little Jazz during class, and made Science fun. I remember when he and Charlie Shurn hung out together, and I remember when he finally gave his life to Christ. What a great man. Finally, my nephew, Damon Madison, is his nephew too. God bless and keep the entire family.

My condolences to Jim's family. He was a classmate of mine at Washington High School. We were in Chemistry class together and worked on the school newspaper "The Hatchet" as well as our yearbook. Smart guy. Rest in Peace Jim.

To Kathleen and family;James was a dear friend when we were at IU. I was surprised to hear he lived in Houston because Houston is where I currently reside. May the blessing of God comfort you in your loss.
