David Boyajian Obituary

Cohasset David E. Boyajian, formerly of Scituate died on March 27, age 60 after battling pancreatic cancer. Loving husband of Virginia Jill Hunt. David was born in New York City and raised in Scituate. He attended Scituate Public Schools and Brewster Academy in NH. David was a Sergeant with the Army and served in Vietnam with the First Cavalry Division Air Assault specializing in the operation of the 105 mm Howitzer. David was a recording engineer and band manager. He loved to collect all sorts of things to tinker with and fix. Devoted Dad of Donna DiNardo of Marshfield, Jacqueline and Nicholas DiNardo both of Cohasset, Deborah Tardie of Wareham, Mark DiNardo of Florida. Loving son of Grace Boyajian of Scituate. Brother of Fred and his wife, Bobbi of Atlantic, GA. Nephew of Dick and Bunny Nakashian of Pocasset and Alice Erikson of Wellesley. Brother-in-law of Gregory and Tim Hunt both of Norwell, M.E. Hunt and M.E. Pecci both of Bath, ME. Also survived by six grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins. A memorial service was held on Tuesday, April 1st at the First Trinitarian Congregational Church in Scituate. RICHARDSON-GAFFEY FUNERAL HOME (781) 545-0196

Mr. Boyajian,
Sir, I would just like to thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served with the U.S. Army in Vietnam as a member of the the First Air Cav as an artilleryman providing valuable fire support for your fellow soldiers. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
