Billy O'Meara was in my English class at Quincy High School in 1959. He used to sit next to me and we would exchange answers. I remember him distinctly and still have his graduation picture among all the others I have saved from other graduates.
To the entire O'Meara family, please know I send you my most sincere regards in the death of your beloved Billy.

Billy was Mr. basketball at the Daugherty Gym. He will be missed more than anybody. We missed the cookie truck for a while. What will we do without him to make up our teams? It will never be the same. He was one of the nicest guys I ever had the pleasure to meet. Steve McGovern
