Amy D. (Sandel) Slice, 51, of Columbia, South Carolina, an employee with SLED before her retirement, died on Monday, January 8, 2001. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 9, 2001, 6-8 p.m., at Caughman-Harman Funeral Homes, 123 Columbia Avenue, Chapin, South Carolina. Services are scheduled for Wednesday, January 10, 2 p.m., at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Little Mountain, South Carolina, officiated by Pastor Russell W. Anderson. Burial will be at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church Cemetery. Memorial donations are appreciated to Riverbanks Zoo Society, c/o The Birdhouse, Pets Incorporate and Carolina Wildlife Care, 5551 Bush River Road, Columbia, SC 29212. Arrangements entrusted to Caughman-Harman Funeral Homes, Chapin, South Carolina.
