Alfredo HERNANDEZ Obituary

July 8, 1971 - August 26, 2025

Alfredo Hernandez, also known as Blacky, came into rest on August 26, 2025, after a recent heart attack and stroke. He is survived by his two children, 12 and 11; an adult son from his prior marriage; his mother; and multiple brothers and sisters. He is seven of nine children. His formative years were in Los Angeles County and later, during his teen years, in Fresno, CA. Blacky enjoyed many sports and had a great throwing arm. He would be the designated QB during family football games and pitcher during family baseball games. Blacky enjoyed spending time with family, watching his nephews play sports, and enjoyed family game nights and family dinners. He enjoyed joking around and making others laugh. He was the kind of guy you could kick back, have a beer with, and watch sports on TV. Without a doubt, he is in heaven trying to make the angels laugh or pulling pranks. Blacky is reunited in heaven with his dad, two older brothers, and one older sister. His laughter and joyful demeanor will certainly be missed here. A Rosary will be held at Hennessey Funeral Home and Crematory on Saturday, September 6, 2025, at 3 pm, followed by a Celebration of Life at 3:30 pm.
