I met Art this time last year through his long time friend Alan D. My friendship with Art grew close and fast as he let me stay on his property for the winter fishing season on Lake Pend Oreille. We played a lot of cribbage and talked a lot about life and politics. I am very grateful that I got a chance to see him a couple times right before his passing. In our short friendship my life was surely blessed to have known him and his family... P.S.~ Art always loved it when I would bring in my fish to show him what I caught that day!!! I will always remember him and miss our talks. Rest in peace, good buddy.
