Benjamin NELSON Obituary

Benjamin Patrick Nelson, the beloved father of Jadynne (27), Shiloh (16), Jude (14), Asher (8), and Eden (6), transitioned his life into the hands of God on February 29, 2024. His life was cut short at 47 years of age.

Prior to his illness, Benjamin was successful in sales, from developing markets to training associates. He enjoyed gardening, cultivating herbs and vegetables to prepare delicious meals for his family and friends. His cooking is remembered as his gift of flavors and love. Besides a passion for all his children, he embraced snowboarding, playing the bass guitar, blowing glass art, watching movies, and most of all, his connection to God.

We request continuing prayers for all members of the family. There will be a Celebration of Life for family and friends in Spokane, Washington, at Manito Park, on June 16, 2024, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. A catered BBQ lunch will be provided. All who knew him are welcome to join us to share memories and tell stories of their favorite times with Benjamin.

I can't say enough to comfort his closest family and friends. I'm grateful we got to connect again this winter. I loved Ben dearly from our first conversation when we were 10. He was open hearted and magical to the end. His spirit is everywhere, grateful to know him <3

Truly a one of a kind human being. One of my favorite people in this world. He always made me laugh. My heart breaks for his family.
