Brent Sines Obituary

SINES, Brent Alan Brent Alan Sines (48) resident of St. Maries, ID, met the "end of his trail" on December 18, 2009 at his home in St. Maries following a courageous battle with lung cancer. He was born May 16, 1961 to Wesly and Toni (Dale) Sines at St. Maries, ID. He grew up in Spokane, WA and graduated from West Valley H.S. with the class of 1979. After briefly attending college in Spokane, he returned to St. Maries for a life of doing what he loved. Logging and being in and out doors. He was married to Christina Waddell earlier this year. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, collecting antiques and listening to country music with his friends. Brent is survived by his wife Christina at the family home. Also surviving are his sons Blain, Spencer and Cooper and daughter Emily, all of St. Maries. Also surviving are stepdaughters Rusti and baby Paige, Brandy Holt, Kristen Womack, all of St. Maries, He is also survived by his mother, Toni (John) Garman, of Spokane, WA and father Wesly Sines of St. Maries. His grandmother Moreeta Taylor of St. Maries as well as his brother Richard (Char) Sines and sister Taneya Sines (Bill Ireland) both of St. Maries and sister Franki Lyn (Levi) Kettleson of Spokane, WA. Brent is also survived by his father and mother-in- law Mike and Jackie Waddell and brother-in-law Mike Waddell of St. Maries. Other survivors include his large extended family and numerous nieces and hephews and his beloved dog "Sammy." A celebration of his life will be held Saturday, January 9, 2010 at 11:00 am. at the Foursquare Gospel Church with Paster Steve Cox officiating. A gathering of family and friends will follow at the St. Maries Eagles Lodge. Hodge Funeral Home, St. Maries is in charge of arrangements.

My sincere condolences to your family from Duane Statler and Family of the Spokane Valley.Brent and I were childhood friends.I lost touch with Brent and the family after highschool.We spent many nights staying over and being goofy kids. I have many great memories and will always remember Brents smile and hanging out with him and younger brother Richard.I still havn't figured out why god chooses the way he does.I do know that we will meet again.
