Born on September 2, 1992, in Seattle, Washington, Kiarah was born to Jacinda Padayao and Sean Perrault, who raised her with love and supported the vibrant spirit she carried throughout her life.
At the center of Kiarah's world was her husband, Andy Burdick. The two were soulmates in every sense of the word - deeply, undeniably in love. They cared for one another with tenderness and devotion, standing side by side through every joy and every challenge, all the way to the end. Their love was steady, selfless, and extraordinary.
Kiarah moved through life with a joy and authenticity that drew people in. She was playful, kind, deeply genuine, and her presence left a lasting impression on everyone she met.
For three years, Kiarah courageously fought triple negative breast cancer. She fought not only for herself, but for everyone she loved, meeting each day with grace, strength, and a resilience that humbled all who witnessed it. While cancer was part of her story, it never defined her. What defined Kiarah was the depth of her love, the joy she brought into every space, and the way she continued to give of herself-even in the hardest moments.
Music was her language. Kiarah was a gifted musician with a voice so beautiful it felt otherworldly-a voice her family and friends will forever carry in their hearts. Music was how she connected, how she expressed joy, how she healed, and how she will always be remembered. When words failed, music spoke for her.
Her laugh, infectious, full-bodied, and unmistakable, could light up a room in seconds. People didn't just like Kiarah; they loved her instantly. She had a rare gift for making everyone feel seen, welcomed, and completely at ease. She loved to dance, to celebrate, and to be surrounded by the people who mattered most to her.
Family and friends meant everything to Kiarah. She loved fiercely and without hesitation. She was deeply affectionate, the kind of person who made sure the people she cared about never doubted how much they meant to her. That love will continue to ripple outward, forever felt by those lucky enough to have been part of her life.
She will be remembered for her beautiful voice, her laughter, her deep love for those around her, and the grace she carried through every season of life.
We invite family and friends to join us in celebrating and honoring Kiarah's life on March 28, 2026.
