Larry Pickle Obituary

PICKLE, Larry LeRoy (Age 71) The love of my life, best friend and rock, my husband Larry, passed into the arms of the Lord on Monday, October 4th. We had over twenty-two years of love, laughter and tears. He has finally gotten past the "waiting room" of heaven. His faith gave him an understanding of people and he wanted to make their lives a little better. I believe that everyone who knew him was touched by his love and laughter, the world is a better place for his having been with us. For over 38 years, Larry owned Interstate Detective Agency, the largest detective and security agency in Eastern Washington, with branches in Yakima and Seattle. He loved his work. He also loved his classic cars and worked with his brother Loren restoring them and traveling the countryside looking for great finds. He loved playing golf, although an admitted "duffer", he would play every chance he got. Pool playing was another game of choice; he loved the game and the players. Larry was proud to be a Charter Member of the Spokane Valley Eagles. He was an avid Zags fan. Larry would be most upset that he didn't get to vote in this next election. As a Christian Conservative he was passionate about his politics. He is survived by his wife RaMona Pinto, his brother Loren and sister-in-law Audrey; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He has many friends and family from the Okanogan and surrounding areas. He was preceded in death by his parents Elsie Crandall and Herbert Pickle. I would like to extend my thanks for the love and prayers from everyone. Please join us in The Celebration of Larry's life, Wednesday, october 13 at 3:00pm at Calvary Chapel, 511 W. Hastings Road, Spokane, WA with a reception to follow, Larry's ashes will be scattered privately at Fairmount Gardens. In lieu of flowers please make a donation in Larry's name to the Spokane Humane Society. COMMUNITY CREMATION SERVICES 4407 N. Division #103 Spokane, WA 99207

Uncle Larry was like a second father for me throughout my entire life and helped me be a good person like he was just as He was a gift from God to my grandparents and my Dad, now they are all together in heaven and I have to wait for my time to see them all again. I was so lucky to have Larry as my uncle and still miss him every day. I get through it knowing that I will see you all again before long. I take pride in being another Pickle , Terri Link (Pickle)

Larry was a great guy, I'm so sorry for your loss my sister. Always willing to lend a hand.

Miss Me- But Let Me Go
When I come to the end of the road,
And the sun has set for me,
I want no rites in a gloom filled room.
Why cry for a soul set free?

Miss Me A little - but not to long,
And not with your head bowed low
Remember the love we shared.
Miss Me - But Let Me Go.
For this journey that we all must take
and we all must go alone.
It's all apart of the Master's Plan.
A step on the road to home,
When you are lonely and sick of heart,
Go to the friends we know
And bury your sorrows in doing good deeds.
Miss Me - But Let Me Go

This really helped me last year, maybe it will help you RaMona as you deal with the road ahead.

Rest In Peace my friend - Larry

I only got to meet Larry a couple times. But I immediately liked him when we met last summer. I wish we lived closer so we could have gotten to know him better. You are in all our prayers.

I met Larry and RaMona through my association with NuSkin. Steady and kind are the adjectives I use to describe Larry. Always present, always smiling and always ready to contribute. I could always count on a firm handshake, a smile on his face and a hug from his beloved wife, RaMona. I will miss you, my friend.

I too worked for Mr. Pickle in 1984. A very nice and wonderful man. He gave me a job, when he didn't have to. I am all the richer for knowing him. God bless his family, and be with them through this time.

I worked for Larry back in the mid to late 80's, what an incredable man, we use to shoot pool together up on monroe. He always made me smile and laugh, what a huge lose. R.I.P big guy. I will miss you.
