Orville KELLMER Obituary

Orville Clifford Kellmer, born May 28, 1934, entered into the arms of his Savior on January 1st at 11:30pm. Orville's 3 children, Connie, Kathleen and Edward along with his first love, Barbara were there to welcome him into heaven. Each one preceding him in death. Orville is survived by his loving wife of 24 years, Shelia, who cared for him to the very end, his 3 step-children who gave him 6 grandchildren, his daughter-in-law, 10 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Orville was a dedicated man, a truly self made man who was successful at all he put his hands to. He was a visionary, entrepreneur, the jack of all trades, constantly curious and always learning. He owned and operated many businesses including Spokane Pres-to-log, Quality Jobbers and Orbar which provided jobs for hundreds in the community. In the rare event that he took a break from working, you could find him golfing or in Hawaii. Orville's love for golf took him to many courses around the country. He designed a 3 hole golf course on Kellmer Mountain which included the iconic heart-shaped green and lived there for many years. Orville's love for the Lord, his family and his strong work ethic impacted many and will live on. He is greatly missed. We will join to celebrate his life on January 27th at 2pm at: Prarie Avenue Community Church, 3639 W. Prairie Ave., Hayden, ID 83835. All are welcome to join in the home-going celebration.
