Patrick HARTNETT Obituary

Patrick J. Hartnett, beloved father, grandfather, brother, son and uncle was called to Heaven January 26, 2024.

Born in Spokane, WA, on July 11, 1955, to Jack and Florence Hartnett, he was preceded in death by his siblings Sheila, Jack, Shelly, Colleen, and Tim. He is survived by his sons, Robert (Libby) and Daniel; grandchildren, Liam, Gavin, Hannah, Lincoln, and Rhett; as well as his sister, Sharon.

After retiring from an admirable service in the United States Army from 1975-1995 that included participation in Desert Storm, Patrick enjoyed working for the Deer Park School District for 20 years as a beloved custodian. In retirement, he enjoyed attending Chiefs hockey games, taking his puppies on adventures, and sharing his true love of being a grandfather. Patrick lived as though strangers were friends he just hadn't met yet.

He will forever be missed by his family and friends. A celebration of his life will be held Saturday, February 24th, 10am at Valley Real Life Riverside Campus in Spokane.

I will miss Patrick's humor and friendship very much. He took great pride in his service to America, Family, his Son's and grand kids. He kept his home so tidy and was proud to do so. His puppy's were his joy! Rest now, Patrick. You have been a good and faithful servant to God.
