Robert HEDLUND Obituary
Robert, "Dr. Bob," attended medical school at VCU in Richmond, Virginia specializing in Family Practice and Radiology. He followed his father's footsteps and joined the Air Force as an MD for 4 years. This is what brought Bob and his family to the Pacific NW. After serving in the Air Force, Bob joined the company Inland Imaging where he worked as a Radiologist for 30 years.
Bob enjoyed all that the NW has to offer including fishing, camping, hiking, hunting and sailing. One of Bob's greatest gifts to the world was laughter. He was a storyteller at heart and was always up for a good prank. Between his ability to write satire through poetry, his medical expertise, and his love of people, Bob was a beautiful blend of Science and Art, Dr. and Clown, never taking life too seriously and always remembering to be playful and curious.
His legacy of Laughter and Joy will not be forgotten.

Hello Sara and family, my name is Jill Marshall. I am a Sonographer that worked with Bob at Inland Imaging. I just learned today that he had passed. I know that time has marched on but I wanted to let you know how special Bob was and that his memory lives on in all our heart's. Sorry for your loss. Jill
