(Age 74)

Terry was born and raised in Spokane, Washington and preceded in death by his mother Lillian Anderson, his father Rusty Anderson, and his son, Christopher Anderson.
He is survived by his loving wife of almost 50 years, Christine Jane Anderson, (nee Sjostrom); his children: Sara (daughter) and Sy Seifert (son-in-law) and grandson Titus Seifert of Bend, Oregon, Emily Anderson Stewart (daughter) and Jeffry Stewart (son-in-law) of Bend, Oregon, Jessica Anderson (daughter) of Portland, Oregon. His siblings: Lloyd Anderson (wife Betty) of Spokane, WA, brother Richard Anderson (wife Mary Kay) of Spokane, WA and sister Leone Newman (husband Bill) of Arizona.
Terry served honorably in the United States Marine Corps, and went on to become a highly respected PGA Professional and life-member of the PGA of America. He was loved by many for his sharp wit, kindness, and generosity. His leadership and community involvement impacted many lives.
Private services for immediate family were held on January 23, 2018 in Bend, Oregon. In lieu of flowers, Terry asked people to donate to the Kids' Center in Bend, Oregon in the Anderson family name, or any Cancer charity of your choice.
A mid-summer gathering to celebrate his life is being planned in Central Oregon. Dates and events will be public as soon as possible.

Terry was like a brother to me, we were in the same homeroom and worked on the Shadle Park Sporran yearbook. It was great to reconnect with him at the SPHS 50 year reunion. He was so proud of his family. He'll be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Terry and I were friends from grade school and high school and always stayed in touch over the years. Terry was one of only two people who always made me laugh. He was a great person and will be greatly missed.
