Timothy McHENRY Obituary

McHENRY, Timothy P. "Tim" (Age 69) Tim McHenry, resident of Spokane WA and Mazatlán, MX died unexpect-edly on January 23, 2021 in Mazatlán, of a heart attack while fighting the effects of his renal cell carcinoma treatment. He is survived by his wife Linda, sons Matthew and wife Sarah, Nicholas and wife Katie, and stepson Kirk and wife JoAn and grandchildren Alec and Scarlett, brother Pat and wife Debbie and family, and sister Megan and family, a special and close friend Erik Pulido, as well as many friends in Mazatlán and Spokane. Preceded in death by his parents Michael and Nancy McHenry. Tim was born in Great Falls, MT September 5, 1951. He was raised and attended school in Beaverton, OR and the University of Oregon"Go Ducks". He spent his career in sales where his gift of gab served him well. He retired in 2016 but was presented an "offer he couldn't refuse", so took a position for one additional year, finally pulling the plug permanently in 2017. He never looked back. In retirement, living the good life in Mexico, golfing and smoking meat on his Green Mountain Grill were his passions. He did them all well. A celebration of Tim's life will be held in Mazatlán in December 2021 where his ashes will be set to sea, as he wished. He was a good man, was much loved and will be missed by many.
