BENNETT, Trevor Michael (Age 22) Of LaCrosse, died suddenly on Tuesday, August 18, 2015 from injuries sustained in a truck accident south of Pullman. Trevor was born in Colfax, Washington December 1, 1992 to Jimmy and Dena (Barry) Bennett. He grew up in LaCrosse along with his older brother Cody and Trevor graduated from LaCrosse High School in 2011. At the time of his death, he was employed as a Field Service Technician with The McGregor Company. He loved to hunt, spend time outdoors, and participate in shooting sports. He belonged to the LaCrosse Gun Club and was a member of the LaCrosse Fire Department. Trevor was a fun guy to be around and he loved hanging out with his friends. His parents say, "he was a great guy and we love him and miss him". Trevor is survived by his mom and dad, Jimmy and Dena Bennett in LaCrosse, his brother Cody and sister-in-law Trish Bennett also of LaCrosse; his grandparents, Richard and Lois Barry, LaCrosse, and Larry and Joan Bennett of Willow, Alaska, his great-grandfather Robert Bennett of Clarkston and by loving aunts, uncles, and cousins. A graveside service for Trevor will be Monday, August 24th, at 11:00 a.m. in the LaCrosse Cemetery followed by a luncheon reception at the community building. Pastor John Cross will preside over the service. Friends who wish may call at Bruning Funeral Home on Friday from 9 to 4 to spend some time with Trevor.
