Wendell KIRBY Obituary

KIRBY, Wendell R. "Red" Wendell Raymond Kirby "Red" passed away on February 1, 2021, at age 95. He is preceded in death by his wife, Betty, in 1994 and his eldest son Stan, in 1975. He is survived by his four remaining children and their spouses: Debbie Vasey (Jim), Pam McGuire (Larry), Shel Kirby (Denise) and Dee Dee Kirby (Joe). He has many grandchildren as well as extended family. He was a WWII veteran and an avid sports fan. Mostly, he enjoyed spending time with his family. One of his favorite things was to spend time with the family at the cabin in Montana. There will be a graveside service at Pines Cemetery on Saturday, April 24th at 2:30. The family invites you to join them for a Celebration of Life at the VFW #1435 directly following the service.

Red will be missed by anyone who knew him. He was "one in a million". Always made me laugh. I enjoyed visiting with him. Thanks for sharing your dad with me.
