Donald Wayne Vanderhyde, 95, of Madge, died, August 12, 2024, at Shell Lake Health Care Center. He was born June 16, 1929, at the family farm in Madge to John and Edith Vanderhyde.
He is survived by his children: Lucy Braeckman, Jeff Vanderhyde, Tammy Washkuhn and Kevin Vanderhyde; grandchildren: Adam and Dylan Washkuhn, Bobby Braeckman and Ashley (Jake) May; great-grandchildren: Jayden, Mikaylaa, Graycen, Gavin, Maelee, Finley, Chevy, Eleanor and Oliver; many nieces, nephews and other family and friends. Don was preceded in death by his parents, John and Edith; brothers: Bob Ruport, Dean Vanderhyde, Ernie Vanderhyde, Bert Vanderhyde, Cal Vanderhyde and Richard Vanderhyde; sisters, Artis Peppinger and Muriel Ruport; son-in-law, Bob Braeckman; and other family.
Celebration of Life will be held at Madge Town Hall on Saturday, August 31, 2024, from Noon-4 PM.
