News Death Notice

FAHNER Jr., Frank John 68, of Mechanicsburg passed away Tuesday, October 2, 2012 in his home. He was born May 11, 1944 in Cambridge, Ohio the son of Frank J. and Erma (Watson) Fahner, Sr. Frank loved woodworking, being outdoors and spending time with his dogs. He is survived by his wife of over 38 years, Anna (Schultz) Fahner; son, Frank J. (Donna) Fahner, III of Zanesville, OH; daughters, Ronda (Chuck) Jones of Catawba, Cheryl (Terry) Smith of Centerville, Cathy Hubbard of Xenia, Beth (Brian) Duffy of Langsville, Jennifer Crawford of Columbus and Seanna Foreman of Illinois; 23 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; sisters, Kathy and Nancy; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Frank is preceded in death by his parents and his siblings, Tim, Steve and Elaine Fahner. Following Frank's wishes his body will be cremated. Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.vernonfh.com. Services are entrusted to SKILLMAN, MCDONALD & VERNON Funeral Home, Mechanicsburg.
