News Death Notice
RODERICK, Justin C. 29, of Springfield passed away Friday September 27, 2013. He was born July 28, 1984 in Springfield, the son of Trisha Baugh and Mark Roderick. Justin was a Job Corps graduate and he was employed at Klosterman Bakery. Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Trisha and Joe Navarro; father, Mark Roderick; grandparents, Gary Baugh, Mildred Baugh, George Roderick, and Manuel and Irene Navarro; brothers, Joshua Roderick (fiancée Nicky Shaffer) of Springfield, Mark (Jenni) Patterson of Springfield, Zachary Robbins of Chillicothe, OH, and Travis Robbins of Springfield; stepsisters, Nicole (Nick) Kingston of Virginia and Ashley Navarro of Chicago, IL; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. A gathering of family and friends will be held Tuesday from 5:00pm until 8:00pm in the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME.

To the Roderick family my condolences go out to you. My daughter dated Justin for about a year and a half and he would always come over to the house. He always showed nothing but respect to all of our family and I was secretly hoping that it worked out between my daughter and Justin! I liked him that much. He would come over on Sundays and we would all sit down and watch the football games together!!! I miss that. He was a very nice kid that had a lot to offer this world! He is gone way to soon. As for Justin's family I can't imagine the grief your going through right now. To lose a son that young has to be terribly painful.

I'm so sorry Trish, and to the family for your loss. Justin was a great friend to me and I cant believe it seems like only the other day we were fishing together and talking about anything and everything without a care in the world we had always had a strong friendship and I feel real bad we lost contact wish I could have at least could have seen him one last time. He will always be my best friend I will keep every time we spent close to my hart.Tattoo's we have done together will always keep him on my mind. I remember the night we stayed up tattooing We both came up with the idea to get the crosses on ower thumbs and that locked ower friendship. The meaning we had for that is that is we promised not to ever loose faith we then did two words on ower fingers that had a great meaning just between me and Justin I put "lost" and he wanted "sole" It has a meaning to me and him and I will always keep that meaning close to my hart. I will always miss him soo much he always understood me and knew what to say he would always make me smile even on my worst days. You will always be in my hart. Love you sole brother, you will always be remembered!!

To my little big brother I haven't hardly slept a wink since I got that horrifying call. Not an hour goes by that I don't think of you or see your face. You were an amazing brother, a great friend the fun uncle. You have touched so many lives more than you will ever know. The lord needed a g of an angle, I just wish he would of waited to take you. I cant help but think of the could ofs and should ofs and all the time I missed with you. For that I am so sorry that's the only thing I would change. Even thow we were far apart we were all ways in each others hearts. I think I speak for every one who knew you that you will be sadly missed. I love u always and forever your big lil brother Zack
