BEAVERS, Kevin L. 50, of Springfield passed away June 15, 2016. He was born November 9, 1965 in Springfield, Ohio the son of Lawrence G. and Coretia M. (Oliver) Beavers. He was a Forklift Operator and served his country in the U.S. Army. His memory will be cherished by his parents, his wife, Monica Beavers; son, Kevin Stevens; daughters, Marcia Jackson and Kianna Beavers; brothers, Jeffrey Beavers and Lawrence G. Beavers Jr; sisters, Kevena Williams and Lori Searcy; grandchildren, Kevonna Stevens, Marcelus, Raphel and Zyare Jackson; a special aunt, Marcia Walls; special cousins; Shalyne Portis-Lockett, Jaryld and Zackene Portis, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Dorothy Walls and Bishop Lawyer Walls. Visitation is Friday from 1 p.m. until the time of service at 2 p.m. in the House of Prayer.
