ZINN, Ruth "Inge" 77, of New Carlisle, Ohio passed away Tuesday April 4, 2006 at her residence. She was born May 22, 1928 in Berlin, Germany the daughter of the late Bruno and Margarete (Post) Keller. She retired after 20 years of service from the Officers Club at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. She was a former member of the New Carlisle Church of the Brethren where she was married and lately was an associate member of the First United Methodist Church, New Carlisle. She was a member of the Gem City Sweet Adelines. She was a member of the Canasata Club for over 20 years. She was a member of the Wilma's Kitchen Band at the First United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Jay Zinn; a son, Jay Michael and Roseanne Zinn of Davidson, North Carolina; three daughters, Peggy and John Parr of Enon, Ohio, Theresa and Joe Sliviniski of Dayton, Ohio, Stephanie and John Jones of Vandalia, Ohio; daughter-in-law, Jan Zinn of Jacksonville, Florida; 15 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; a brother, Horst and Elfie Keller of Frankfurt, Germany; a niece, a nephew, two grand nieces; other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a son, Kris Zinn; a grandson, Adam Parr; a brother, Joachim Keller. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, April 10, 2006 at the TROSTEL-CHAPMAN FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle, Ohio. Burial at New Carlisle Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church, Main Street and Madison Street, New Carlisle, Ohio 45344.
