Eula Alexander Obituary

EULA MAE HULL ALEXANDER - age 63 of Stamford, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, February 25, 2007 at Stamford Hospital. She was born on December 11, 1943 in Woodville, Mississippi. She attended Wilkinson County High School.

She later moved to Stamford where she worked for the City of Stamford at the Smith House Nursing Home. She was a devoted member of Greater Faith Tabernacle Baptist Church where she served as Missionary. She had a great heart and loved helping people. She will be greatly missed.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her children, Erika Alexander and Willie Alexander, Jr; both of Stamford; siblings, Bessie Jarvis, Rachel Hull, Vivian (Ulysse) Jean, Catherine (Rondy) Owens, Torestha (Cecil) Hardial, Linda (Percy) Johnson, Brenda (George) Walker, Tamika Hull, Theodore (Debbie) Hull II, Eddie (Glenda) Hull, and Darren Hull; three nephews that she raised, Stan, Lionel, and Aaron Hull; and a special aunt, Lillian Tyson.

Predeceased by her; her parents, Theodore Hull, Sr. and Dorothy Hull; husband Willie Alexander, Sr.; her sister Virgie Hull.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, March 2, 2007 from 10 until 11 am at Greater Faith Tabernacle Baptist Church, 28 Baxter Ave., Stamford.

Funeral Services will immediately follow at the church, Rev. Johnny C. Bush, Officiating. Burial at St. John's Cemetery, Darien.

Arrangements entrusted to Downer Funeral Homes, Inc., 31 Stillwater Ave. Stamford, CT.

I'm truly sorry to hear about the passing of Eula. We can never figure out why, but God always knows best. Even though, I have not been with you guys in the past 18 years, I still consider myself a part of the family. Eula was a caring person that always carried a beautiful smile on her face. It's still a shock to hear the news.
In times like this, talk to our Lord. He will give you the strength to endure.
