Barbara Lee Spohr, 69, a guest at River View Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, died Sunday.
Born in Washington, Nov. 22, 1952, she was the daughter of the late William Kimmey and Orlanda Taylor.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George, in 2005.
She was a member of the Salvation Army.
Surviving are her daughters, Barbara McGrade and her husband, Butch, Plains; Tammy Handley and her husband, Jerry Whitenight, West Hazleton; Tracy Shafer and her companion, Ray Metzer, Drums; her sister, Betty Mundell, Washington; her granddaughter, Barbara Spohr, Plains; as well as seven additional grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held at the discretion of the family.
Arrangements are under the direction of John J. Pusti Funeral Home Inc., 480 West Broad St., Hazleton.
