Deepest condolences to Louis´ family. He will always be remembered as a friendly and caring member of the Freeland community. I will always remember and cherish our hours long conversations and losing all track of time at the deli when home on leave. He truly was a huge part of making Freeland, Freeland. Rest In Peace friend

So sad to lose Butch Cherone. There isn´t a soul in Freeland who hasn´t been a recipient of his kindness and caring. And the Surf Club has been a part of everyone´s life in town. A part of Freeland died too. Prayers of peace for the family
