Jezorski, Connor John

Soldotna, Alaska: Age 21, passed away Tuesday, September 9, 2014 in Soldotna as the result of an automobile accident. Connor was born May 10, 1993, in Elmira, a son of Mike and Vickie (Aber) Jezorski, Soldotna. In addition to his parents he is survived by his brother Scott; sister Jess, with Danny Hughes; girlfriend Serena Lee, all of Soldotna; aunts and uncles, Pam (Rob) Groff, Elmira, Mike (Liza) Aber, Long Beach CA, Dan (Karen) Aber, Wellsburg, Tom Aber, Elmira, Sheila (Patrick) Cashman, Anchorage AK, Matt (Crystal) Aber, Pine City, Duke (Lauren) Aber, Weston CT, Gary (Pat) Jezorski, Millerton PA, Sharon Bristol, Horseheads, JoAnne Jezorski, Starkey Point NY, and Jim Jezorski, Elmira; numerous cousins and many, many great friends. He is predeceased by his grandparents, John and Marge Jezorski and Jack and Charlotte Aber. Connor was a 2011 graduate of Soldotna High School. He had recently earned his welding certificates and was looking forward to starting a new job in Arizona. Connor worked for Jezorski Builders in Soldotna, NYAC Mining Company in Bethel, Alaska and CONAM Construction in Nikiski, Alaska. An avid outdoorsman Connor enjoyed fishing, hiking through the woods, with his brother, looking for bear, and all winter sports. He liked target shooting, baseball, football and music, from country to rap. Connor's family will remember how he loved hanging out with his friends, his kindness to animals, especially his cat Spook and pup Phoebe, and how he loved his truck. Those who knew him will remember his considerate nature, big smile and bigger heart…..he will be loved and missed by many. Family and friends gathered at Cannery Road Beach, Kenai, October 3, 2014 to celebrate Connor's life with a bonfire, prayer, music, and stories. In honoring Connor's recent accomplishment of earning his welding certification his family has set up a scholarship fund in his name.
