Thomas Dewey Obituary
Thomas E. Dewey, 66, of Ocala, FL, passed away Sunday, April 7, 2013. He was born May 2, 1946 in Elmira, NY. He moved here in 1983 from Garner, NC. He was formerly employed by E-One, a worldwide manufacturer of fire rescue vehicles, for 20 years. He was a veteran of the Army Reserve and a former mason and elk. Mr. Dewey is survived by his wife Charleen Dewey; son Scott Dewey; daughter Kim Dewey-Hays; brother Guy H. Dewey, III; sister Marylyn Dewey Adams; and two grandchildren Jordon and Morgan Hays, all of Ocala. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Arthritis Foundation. Cremation handled by Florida Cremation, Ocala.

My sincere condolences to the Dewey family for the loss of Tom. He was a good man and a good friend. We worked together at E-One for many years and I remember Tom as always being willing to help anyone and that he could always make you laugh and I will miss my friend Tom.

To The Dewey Family..I am so sorry to hear that Tom has pass on..He graduated with me in Horseheads, NY 1965..I remember him as being so much fun & just a good all around guy..He always called me " Little Bit"..I know he will be truly missed by each of you..Praying for peace & wonderful memories for you all..

My deepest condolences to Tom's family and close friends. He and I were very close neighbors, childhood friends and shared numerous adventures in and around the Windsor Gardens area of Horseheads as we were growing up. The world is a better place because of his existence.
