Helen Reier Obituary

Helen Ann Reier, 83, of Easton passed Saturday, February 22, 2025, at University of Maryland Shore Medical Center at Easton. She was born September 11, 1941, in Gatestown, and was a daughter of the late Earl W. and Pauline Milligan Cole. After graduating Easton High School in 1959 she began her career at C & P Telephone. A career that lasted 30 years. She married Edward "Skip" Reier in February 1989 and remained married until his passing in 2003. Following retirement she resided in Stuart, FL where she enjoyed many hobbies like line-dancing, boating, and bowling. Her love for family brought her back home to the Shore, where she enjoyed spending time with her sisters, social chats at the Bagel Bakery, and watching her grandchildren grow. She is survived by her sons Thomas L. Sard III (Pam) of Cordova and Wesley A. Sard (Penny) of Bruceville; Three granddaughters, Gretchen Milby (Reagan), Abby Woodward (Will), Rachel Weiss (Ben); Four great-grandchildren, Billy, Rory, Thomas, Charlotte, and another on the way in June; Niece Cindy L. Burton. In addition to her parents and husband she was predeceased by her daughter Leslie A. Sard; her sisters, Alice Fisher and Margaret Faulkner; Nephew Robby Faulkner. Private graveside services will be held.
