I didn´t know Mr. Moy very well, as we only saw each other once a month, but he always had a smile on his face and he was always happy. He would have at least one, usually several, fishing poles in the back of his car and he would give me tips as to where the fish were biting. He would also talk about his family, and how proud he was of his children. He will be missed. My deepest sympathy goes out to his friends and family.
