Otis Kelley Obituary
Otis Lee Kelley passed away at his beloved home in Lakota, on December 21, 2022. He was born on June 15, 1951, in Johnson City, Tennessee. He was preceded in death by his love, Rozanne Krivosh Kelley.
He is survived by his grandchildren, Murphy Lee Kelley, Griffin Kelley Moore, and Marshall James Moore; his son, Jared Franklin Kelley and his wife, Cherokee; and
his daughter, Chelsea Roz Moore and her husband, Tim. Otis was such a special man and loved by anyone
who was blessed enough to meet him. He was gentle, encouraging, wise and patient. He was hardworking and a masterful brick mason for over 50 years. He
was most proud of the work he did on churches and schools. His buildings can be seen locally and all-over Northern Virginia. In his retirement he loved working at Lakota Ranch, where he was affectionately called "Big O". He took so much pride in his farm fresh eggs, each cleaned by hand.
He was a true southern gentleman and proud Boy Scout. Otis guided over 100 young men to achieve the honor of becoming an Eagle Scout. Otis lived
by the Scout Oath and emulated being trustworthy, loyal, helpful, brave, clean, reverent, thrifty, cheerful, friendly, courteous and obedient.
He will be missed by all. May his legacy and moral compass inspire us all to treat each other the way we'd want to be treated; with respect, love, and acceptance. May he rest in peace and reunion with the ones he's missed the most.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, January 21, 2023, 11 a.m., at Found and Sons Funeral Home, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper Virginia
