Ralph was a fellow classmate graduating in 1962 from Torrington, Wyoming High School. He was one of the 108 graduates. We were a close class as many of us started school together. Some of my family were co workers with his mother and with Ralph. My sincere condolences to his wife & family. A classmate and friend.

To Ralph's family: In 1956 my family moved next door to the Phelps family. We at 2110 East F St., Torrington. Ralph shared some tiny story books with my oldest son. We left Torrington in 1963, moving to Idaho. I have often thought of the family through the years and so glad Ralph made such an impact on so many in his life. I send you my condolences. I had lost track of he and his parents, Ralph and Helen. Helen was also a great nurse at the Torrington Hospital. Blessings. Just a piece of a connection of so many years ago. Sincerely,
Cindy Francisco
