Dear Karen, Just want you to know that I just found out about Mack, and my family has you in our hearts and prayers...I, like most of our school friends, considered you two an "institution" and you set a wonderful example of enduring love that many search for but never find...just know that as nobody really could see where one of you left off and the other began, he is still with you and always will be!! I was proud to call Mack my friend and all our lives are a lot poorer without him - but I bet ya that my Daddy and Jack were ready with a fishing pole when they heard he was coming!! One of the most fulfilling times of my life was coaching at NGH. Mack was part of the memories that will always be with me. Mack was an asset to the team and later in life was a friend to many.

When I think of Mack Moore what comes to mind is the beautiful blue convertible Buick Skylark with Cragar mags that he used to roar around the neighborhood in with his pretty wife Karen that was his High School Sweetheart back then. I am very lucky to have spent time with Mack and I cherish the memories. Our thoughts and prayers goes out to his family.

I light this candle for the life of Mack and the unfailing love he had for his wife, Karen, his children and pets..he loved unconditionally all of these things, including his Mom, Marion and his brother. He was a wonderful friend and father figure to me and always made me feel welcome. Memories of him sitting in his recliner with Clapton in his lap and blasting Skynyrd on the stereo still fresh in my mind.
