So sorry for your loss. Jesus wept after the death of his friend Lazarus. John 11:35 We weep along with you. His example was written in the Bible to give us hope.

Ray was more of a Brother to me than a Handball partner. Glad our lives crossed for the short time we had together. Great Memories. Bill Nye.

After viewing the slide show, this was a very good tribute to a very good man. Although we live far away, we will miss him, as we had lots of fun together. Wayne and Dianne Carr from Alberta, Canada

Ray was a true handball warrior! As in life he had a true moral compass. He would give you almost anything he had but don't try to con him out of anything! He took handball rules seriously and he spent many hours arguing with Bill Nye over infractions. A true friend who will be missed.

All of us that knew him well have lost a true friend. You could not take from him but he would give you anything. I know this more than most. He treated me like family. We had times playing HB together that words could never express. Tough, honest, tenacious, humorous. He will be missed.

I will miss Ray, as he had such a warm heart, a generous spirit, an ever friendly demeanor, but as a handball player, he had a powerful front court cutoff. It was difficult to get the ball past him. A force for good, both on and off the court.
