Penny Weger Obituary
Cremation has been accorded and a memorial visitation for Penny will be held on Sunday, April 27th, from 9:00 AM until Noon, at the Barto Funeral Home in Spring Valley, with a brief funeral service beginning at Noon. Immediately following the service, the family would like to invite everyone, in true Penny fashion, to a party to celebrate her life, which will be held at the Spring Valley Boat Club.
