Charles worked with my mother , Maxine Wagner, at MHMR years ago.HE was also my neighbor in Lakewood. He described the creek as "paradise" when he first moved to the area in the 60's.I feel his spirit there as I go by. Blessings to the family.

Dr. Bounds was my choir director in San Angelo High School 47 years ago. He was a good choir director. Your family can be proud of him. God bless you.

I never saw Charlie without a smile and a wonderful observation about life--that was affirming. We met when my husband, John, worked at the MHMR Center. Charlie had also directed my cousin in band in Kingsville. His spirit will always remain strong in the hearts he touched. Susan Tonetti
