Cindy and the Alvarado Family: So sorry for the loss of your sister Frances. I never had the privelage to meet Frances personally but from what her family has told me about her, she was a very special lady and will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her. She is with our Father in Heaven now. May peace and strength go out to family and friends at this time of sorrow.
